Quality less than expected
The battery would not hold a charge in the initial unit. Norelco replaced the unit imediately with a different model, G480 and it is very satisfactory.

Ok overall, however some of the features of the grooming system have very little use. The shaver, for example, does not provide a very close shave at all.

Good clipper cheap attachments.
This kit works great for the price. My only complaint is the clipper guard is flimsy and breaks with moderate force.

Reasonable trimmer, flimsy build for hair attachment
This is relevant for G370/G380: I purchased the trimmer as I liked the convenience of a cord free appliance.

THE BEST ALL AROUND TRIMMER
When I left the Army in 2004 my wife started cutting my hair (buzz cuts cost about 15 bucks with tip at the barber).

Works but not as solid
If you are planning to use this as a hair trimmer for kids then it is not the one. The switch that adjusts the length of cut attachment is too flimsy.
